Zabaglione is a traditional dessert that is light, yet decadent. Made of whipped egg yolks, sugar and Marsala wine. Emulsified together over a hot water bath, locking in air to quadruple its volume. Served alone or over seasonal fruit, cake, ice cream or pastry.
